It’s about your life, and it’s important to her. Her focus is on your complete satisfaction! Erin and her husband, Chris, have two energetic boys that they love spending time with.

Michelle Tamayo has lived in the Carolinas for over 20 years. Since the early 2000's, she has worked in many divisions of the real estate, such as multifamily property management, residential leasing and real estate sales. Her expertise and knowledge of the Charlotte market and surrounding areas serves as a great benefit to her clients when searching for future homes. She cares about making a difference, and as a real estate agent, her first priority is to make sure her clients are well-informed and comfortable with the real estate process. She listens to her clients wants and needs in order to achieve the best outcome in every transaction. She strives to ensure that the buying and selling process is smooth and stress-free.

Originally from Union, SC, I moved to Rock Hill in 2002 to later earn a Bachelor’s degree in business and marketing at Winthrop University. This knowledge has provided me with valuable skills that I use in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively market homeowner’s listings. I am detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate. My motivational drive to help others is what influenced me to start a career in real estate. My goal is to serve clients with expertise and guide them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. I feel incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients who later become my friends and a strong part of my network.

Kim has over 30 years experience in the Real Estate field as a Paralegal, an Investor, and a Top Producing Real Estate Broker in both Carolinas. She is passionate about building relationships with her clients and working relentlessly to help them achieve their real estate goals. She and her husband, Bruce, have been residents of York County for over 30 years and they raised two beautiful daughters here. Kim is also a member of the York County Regional Chamber of Commerce. When she’s not busy working with her clients, Kim loves to travel, spend time with her husband of 30 years and visit with her 2 beautiful daughters. You will always find her beloved Golden Retriever “Captain” by her side.
